You should say
- who they are
- what their job is
- what the company does
- and explain why you consider the company successful
How to answer it
The last bullet is an argument, not a description, and it is where the band is decided: define success before you claim it. Growth, staying power, how it treats the people inside it, whether anyone would notice if it disappeared — pick one and defend it. Keep the person and the company distinct; candidates who blur them end up describing a job title for two minutes.
