Section 4 is an unbroken academic monologue with no mid-way pause, so the sub-headings printed in the notes are your only checkpoints. Every answer is a single word; if you have written two, one of them is a word the speaker used to signpost rather than to answer.

What your score on this section actually tells you
One section is 10 of the 40 marks in the paper, so it is a sample, not a band score. What it is good for is diagnosis: look at which of the blocks above you lost marks in and whether the same type has hurt you before.
If your errors cluster in one question type, that is a technique problem and it is fixable in a week. If they are spread evenly, it is usually speed — you are running out of time and guessing the last few, which shows up as scattered wrong answers rather than a bad block.
