How to answer it
Describe tasks, not a job title — 'I work in logistics' tells the examiner nothing, 'I plan delivery routes for about forty drivers' gives you vocabulary and a follow-up. The 'treats employees well' question invites a balanced answer: one thing they do properly, one thing they do not.
What moves the band
- Workplace lexis: they're flexible about hours, there's not much room to move up, my line manager, a supportive team.
- The last question is hypothetical — answer with would and a condition, not a plan you have already made.
