Two questions, so two body paragraphs, and the first is causal — do not skip straight to your opinion. Causes: foreign currency, jobs that need little capital to create, and infrastructure that gets built for visitors and used by residents. Then judge it, and judge it on balance rather than absolutely: the strongest position is positive with a named condition, such as who owns the hotels and where the profit ends up.
What moves the band
- Answer 'why' with mechanisms, not adjectives: tourism earns hard currency because visitors pay in it.
- A positive-or-negative essay still needs a single clear verdict in the introduction.
- Concrete beats abstract: one named coastal region does more work than three sentences about 'the economy'.
